Smoothies are one of my favorite things. I have one every single day.
They somehow taste even better in the summer, especially during this hot and humid summer we’ve been dealing with!
I just love that you can dump in basically whatever healthy things you want to get the nutrition benefits from but maybe you don’t want to actually eat – hey there, kale – and just drink them.
Fruit smoothies are my faves, but I’ve found a few fun peanut butter smoothie recipes that taste more like dessert lately, too.
